Chocolate Chunk Thin Mints

Ingredients (Makes 12 cookies): 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together all of the dough ingredients besides the baking bits.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Flatten with your palm into a disc.
  5. Bake for 10 mins at 350F.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
  7. Melt remaining chocolate.
  8. Dip each one & pop in the freezer to set.
  9. ENJOY!
