Strawberry Lemon Sherbet
Lemon & Raspberry Lemon Bliss Loaf
Strawberry Lemon Sherbet

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, frozen
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk, frozen in an ice cube tray
- 1 handful of Lemon Bliss, crushed
- Optional: fresh cut strawberries to garnish
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients, except the SkinnyDipped, into a food processor and blend until smooth, it should take about 5 minutes. Pause a few times to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula during the process.
- Spoon the mixture into a freezer safe container, stir in the crushed Lemon Bliss SkinnyDipped and place in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Once firm enough, scoop into an ice-cream glass, top with more crushed SkinnyDipped and fresh cut strawberries.
Lemon & Raspberry Lemon Bliss Loaf

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon rind
- Juice of one lemon
- 1¼ cup flour
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1/4 cup natural Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- One 3.5oz bag of crushed Lemon Bliss
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with baking paper, set aside.
- With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon rind and juice and beat again.
- Add the flour and beat until just combined, don’t overmix.
- Fold in the raspberries and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 40min or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely at room temperature before turning it out onto a wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze while the cake is cooling down. Mix the greek yogurt and powdered sugar until smooth and combined. Spread the glaze over the loaf and top with the crushed Lemon Bliss.
The lemon flavor is the perfect balance with the almonds. Not too tart or too sweet. These are highly addicting! Love that I can trust the ingredients. Is it weird that a handful of these puts me in a better mood? Delish and taste like sunshine!
Bought a bag of these at my college's bookstore while looking for something healthier to snack on. These taste JUST like a lemon cookie without all of the extra sugar. Ethically sourced and understandable ingredients make the whole thing even better

SkinnyDipped refers to the way our almonds, cashews and peanuts are dipped in a super thin layer of chocolate or yogurt; the nuts and coating are balanced in the most delicious (and healthy) way possible. You get more nut than chocolate in every bite – which means way less sugar than traditional chocolate-covered snacks.
All SkinnyDipped products are gluten free and kosher. Our Super Dark + Sea Salt almonds are vegan-friendly.
We use rainforest safe, RSPO-certified palm oil in our Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter and Lemon Bliss Almonds. Along with making sure that the palm oil production is environmentally sustainable, being RSPO certified also protects the rights of palm oil farmers, and the communities they support. We are also always working to evolve our ingredients deck to make sure we’re maintaining our mind-blowing deliciousness while also continuing to treat the planet with care.
Our chocolate is made from superior shade-grown cacao sourced from around the world for quality and sustainability. Our almonds are grown in California, and our peanuts come from family farms in Virginia. Our cashews come from Vietnam since cashews are not grown domestically.
We are not organic, but we do use certain organic ingredients including organic maple sugar and organic white chocolate.
We’re real food with no preservatives (awesome), but that means we can melt in the warmer months (less awesome). From May to October, we do our best to prevent this by shipping with cold packs and insulation, but sometimes the weather gets the best of us. If your order arrives melted, message us at hello@skinnydipped.com and we’d be happy to send a replacement. Also, if your product melts, all is not lost. Press it flat, pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes and viola – SkinnyDipped bark (the most delicious whoops of your life).
