Pumpkin Spice Mousse

You want to know what pairs really well with these short, crisp autumn days? Pumpkin spice ANYTHING. But you already knew that 😊  This super easy recipe hits all the right spices in all the right places, and it may just be our new favorite fall recipe.  

Ingredients  

(Makes 4 servings) 
 

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds 
  • 1 cup almond milk  
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree 
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 4 heaping tbsp whipped cream 
  • 1/2 cup crushed Peanut Butter SkinnyDipped Almonds  

 

Method: 

  1. Place all of the ingredients (except the Skinny Dipped) into a blender and process on high speed until smooth.   
  2. Transfer into a small serving dish and top with crushed SkinnyDipped 
  3. Serve with pretzels, fresh fruits, and any other delicious dippers!
