Peanut Butter Skinny Dipped Waffle Recipe

Peanut Butter Skinny Dipped Waffles
(GF-Sugar free-Oil/butter free):
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 WAFFLES:
1 large mashed banana
1/4 cup of water
1 egg
1 cup of almond meal
4 tbsp of rice flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of bicarb soda
3 tbsp of crushed Peanut Butter Skinny Dipped Almonds
To garnish:
Peanut butter Skinny Dipped Almonds
Peanut butter drizzle
Dark chocolate drizzle
HOW TO:
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. In a bowl, combine the mashed banana with the water and the egg.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and beat until combined.
3. Divide the batter in fours and bake each waffle for 4 minutes.
4. Drizzle dark chocolate, peanut butter and sprinkle them with Skinny Dipped Almonds to add some crunch!
