Coconut Espresso Energy Balls
The perfect energizing pick me up to get you through the week and make you feel all kinds of good! 
Ingredients for 25 balls:
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1 cup soft dates 
  • 1 cup Espresso SkinnyDipped Almonds
  • 1 cup desicated coconut for rolling (optional)
Method: 
1. Place all the ingredients except the desicated coconut into a food processor and pulse until well combined.
2. Take 1 tbsp of mixture and form into balls. Roll each one in desicated coconut (if using).  
3. Store into an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
