We’re going absolutely bananas over these lightly dipped chocolate banana bites. Sometimes simple really IS better. This recipe requires only 3 ingredients! It doesn’t get much easier than that. High in both fiber and potassium, this snack is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth and kick off the week with a boost of energy.
Ingredients:
(Makes 6 banana sticks)

2 bananas

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup crushed Peanut Butter Skinny Dipped Almonds

6 Popsicle sticks
Method:
1. Peel the bananas and cut each one into three pieces.
2. Insert the popsicle sticks into the banana pieces about half way, and place them into the freezer for at least one hour.
3. Take the banana sticks out of the freezer. Dip them half way through into the almond butter, and roll them into the crushed Skinny Dipped Peanut Butter Almonds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
